Prices and Terms are subject to change without notice.

Wholesale Customers

To receive wholesale prices, customers must have a valid/current Resale Certificate and

a copy of sales tax number on file with us. Print the Resale Certificate and fill

it out. Then send it in the mail to us. In California this is a called a Seller's Permit;

in other states this may be called a "sales and tax use number" or "tax exempt number".

Some states do not have sales tax, but have business registration numbers.

The EIN(employer identification number is not aceptable)

Proper business identification is required or orders may be delayed. 

Orders

Payment in U.S. currency only: cashier's, business, or personal checks, or money orders. We also accept Visa/Mastercard and PayPal.

(A two-week delay may be applied if paying by personal or business check.) 

Under normal conditions, today's orders are shipped next business day.

Adding to orders may or may not be possible. Additions may be treated as a separate order. 

Back Orders: Minimum back order is $25.00.

Additional freight charges will apply.

Back orders are saved and sent when item is available

Shipping

We currently are using Flat Rate Shipping Charges and ship UPS or the US Postal Service

Other options are Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, and 3 Day Select.

These services are available at an additional charges.

You can check the approximate postage charges at www.usps.com. Tracking and insurance are added if available

Returns

Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Return authorization number is required.

Shipping charges are not refundable.

We do not offer terms any more. If you are lucky enough to have terms currently

Past due accounts: will be charged 1.5% per month

and be placed on a PRE PAY or credit card only.

Returned checks: a $25.00 service charge will apply
